2026 women's membership offers

We have two membership offers this year. You can choose from:

One-year trial membership scheme or
Discounted £2,500 joining fee payable over 12 months.

Trial membership scheme

Again this year we are offering our popular one-year trial membership scheme for women. At a cost of £2,000 you can enjoy:

Seven-day restricted membership (afternoons only at weekends) with five ‘passes’ to play on weekday mornings so you can meet our weekend roll-up players.
Ability to play in all of our events, competitions and matches.
All the other benefits of membership of Sundridge
A reduced joining fee of £3,000 if you choose to join at the end of your trial.
Your place on our membership waiting list starts at the beginning of your trial.
Important notes: six spaces on the trial are available and a selection process will be followed. Trial members cannot play for their home club against Sundridge Park. Trial members can’t vote at the AGM. Trial members can enter but can’t win our major ‘Board’ trophies. Maximum handicap 29.9.

Discounted joining fee

To celebrate our 125th anniversary, and for one year only, we are offering a discounted joining fee. Here are the details:

The fee will be £2,500 for women, for most categories this is a £1,500 discount.
This can be paid over 12 months at the point of joining.
Normal annual membership fees will apply in addition to this, and we have lower rates for younger women.
Our qualifying handicap limits are on our membership list.
While we are full for most categories, ten spaces have been set aside for immediate access for women who are new to the club and taking up this offer. After those spaces are used women will go on our waiting list which is a points-based system with additional points being given for certain categories which include women, women with handicaps below 10, and people who know and can be sponsored by existing members.
Applications from women made from now until 31 March 2027 will attract the discounted joining fee. Membership start dates cannot be deferred.

Timetable

The trial membership year starts on 1 May and finishes on 30 April 2027.
Applications for the trial must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 3 April. Interviews will be on Monday 20 April.
Applications for the discounted joining fee can be made at any time and the first 10 successful applicants will get the immediate spaces.
