Captains Swan Song – 23rd September 2017
Saturday night saw Richard Toogood's wonderful Captaincy year come to an end.
Richard's final event of his Captaincy year was another great SPGC event and after a superb three course meal we were entertained by fantastic The Life of Brian Band who had everybody up dancing and also DJ Dave for providing the music during the meal and between sets by The Life of Brian
More than 130 people enjoyed the evening which was a great end to Richard's year as Captain – we all thank Cathy and Richard for making his Captaincy year a memorable one
Many thanks for the evening must go to Paul Jackson, Arun and his staff and Ian and his staff and to Jo in the office for ensuring that the farewell to Richard was perfect
