Tita McCart wins double

Tita reports: On Sunday 31 July I won the Dutch seniors matchplay championship 2016 at the Lochemse Golf Club in Lochem for the fourth year running and 5 times since 2011.

The course was in very good condition and the weather during the week was good, however, during the final we had torrential rain and thunder storms, but luckily we managed to finish our match. Delighted David was ‘on the bag’ and together we managed the course well.

I’m thrilled to have won and to hold both Dutch senior (strokeplay and matchplay) titles this year, which I also achieved in 2011 and 2014.

I’ve been selected for the Dutch seniors team to play in the European Seniors Ladies Team Championship at Sierra Golf Club near Gdansk in Poland from 30 August to 3 September.
