One of the great privileges of being a playing member at Sundridge Park is the ability to bring guest(s) to play our courses at a significant discount to the normal visitor fee.
Playing Members are reminded that guest(s) may currently only be introduced after 12:00, subject to normal membership playing rights (see below).
Full Restricted Members and Juniors may not introduce guest(s) on weekends or Bank Holidays before 1:00pm (BST)/12:00 noon (GMT).
Anyone introduced as a guest may only play at the Member's Guest price up to a maximum of 6 times per year irrespective of who introduces them.
All guest(s) must be booked in to play in the tee booking system prior to arriving at the Club, which is monitored regularly. Any bookings found to be in contravention of the above rules will be removed by an administrator.
The introducing member will be required to sign their guest(s) in, in the Pro Shop, and will by signing the register be acknowledging and assuming responsibility for the actions of their guest(s) at all times whilst at our Club. This includes responsibility for ensuring that their guest(s) doesn't exceed the maximum number of permitted guest rounds each year and that the appropriate green fee has been paid prior to setting out on the round.
Unfortunately, unless the register is signed by the introducing member, the Member's Guest price will not be offered. If this is at the weekend when visitors are not permitted, the guest will not be able to play.
We have created a handy flow diagram to help explain these rules here .
