Sundridge Park Golf Academy

The Sundridge Park Golf Academy is designed to provide aspiring golfers with a comprehensive introduction to the game.

A unique, instruction-based membership package, our Academy provides the ideal stepping-stone for anyone interested in progressing towards full membership of the Club.

Whether you’re looking to learn the game from scratch or rediscover your golfing form after a break, our PGA-qualified coaches will be on hand to help you develop and hone your golfing skills amongst fellow apprentices of the game.  The experience also provides a first-hand insight into life at the Club.  

There are two intake dates per year; 1st January and 1st July.

Upon joining, your playing ability will be assessed by one of our Qualified Golf Professionals. You may initially be restricted to using the Driving Range until such time that your ability and knowledge of golf etiquette is at the correct level to play the courses. The Golf Professional will let you know when you are ready to play!

With dedication to practice we hope you will ready to apply for Club Membership at the end of your Academy year.  To be eligible you will need to attain the necessary golf handicap level for the category you are applying for.

The Package includes:

• 6 x 1 hour individual golf lessons (to cover all aspects of the game)
• 1 x on-course playing lesson and 2 x on-course rules sessions
• The opportunity to attend 5 Academy group clinics
• Etiquette guidance
• Regular Academy competitions
• Opportunity to gain an official handicap
• A Sundridge Park members card (for discounted food and drinks in the clubhouse and East course tea hut) complete with £50.00 credit
• Access to all clubhouse and practice facilities
• An Academy bag tag allowing access to both the East and West courses at off peak times (Mid-week from 12pm GMT / 1pm BST; Weekend play after 2pm GMT / 4pm BST).
