We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Simon Caple as Head Chef.

Originally from Kent, Simon started his career at The London Golf Club before moving on to work in fine dining restaurants and corporate hospitality in the City.  Most recently his passion and flare saw him take up the challenging position of Executive Head Chef at City Hall. 

Through the years, he has gained extensive experience working with famous Chefs such as Michel Roux Jr and Marco Pierre White.

Simon will be leading the way as we continue to develop an exciting new catering offering in readiness for the clubhouse re-launch in the Spring.

We wish him well, and offer a warm welcome to Sundridge Park.
